IT projects from design to operations.
Behind ENTER is the Enter IT technical team. We design, build and run automation, AI agents and custom software for the long term — on top of the systems you already have.
What we build
We take on the whole process, from design and code to day-to-day operations. One delivery team, one accountable partner.
Automation
The routine that takes up your people’s time runs by itself. Exceptions go to a person, exactly where a person is needed.
- Documents straight into the ERP
- CRM and ERP kept in step
- Approvals with an audit trail
AI agents in production
An agent gets a goal, a boundary and a set of tools, and picks the steps itself. A person approves anything sensitive, and every action stays traceable.
- Document and email extraction
- Knowledge agents that cite the source
- Plain-language reporting over the ERP
Custom software and integration
Where off-the-shelf software runs out: your own application, with the integration and data layer underneath that holds your systems together.
- Your own applications and portals
- Integration even where there is no API
- Gradual modernisation of legacy systems
Operations under SLA
We do not disappear at go-live. The solution has a named owner, monitoring, backups and updates, and agreed further development.
- Operations under SLA with a named owner
- Monitoring, backups and updates
- Development within agreed capacity
Proven types of solution
The Enter IT team has delivered these processes repeatedly. It knows their typical inputs, exceptions and integration needs, so it can check feasibility and scope faster.
Attendance tracking
No more adding up hours by hand from time clocks and spreadsheets at month end.
Time clocks and Excel → hours overview and payroll input
Orders from email
The order arrives by email in any format. Nobody retypes it.
Order by email → filed and confirmed
Complaints under control
No complaint gets lost in email. It is filed and tracked automatically.
Complaint by email → filed and tracked
Paperless warehouse
Take a photo of the delivery note. Stock-in and order matching happen by themselves.
Delivery note photo → stocked in and matched
Leave approvals
Request, approval and balance in one place, with an overview for managers and HR.
Leave request → approved and recorded
Vehicle logbook
Fuel-ups and routes turn into a finished logbook. The system also tracks inspections and servicing.
Fuel-ups and routes → logbook and alerts
Invoices into accounting
An incoming invoice is extracted, matched with the order and sent for approval.
PDF invoice → approved and in accounting
Work timesheets
Technicians’ and workers’ timesheets are collected, approved and prepared for billing and payroll.
Field timesheets → ready to bill
An overview of solution types, not case studies of specific clients. Do not see your process? We will design a solution for it.
An agent is not a bigger automation.
- Automation
- A fixed track. A defined procedure handles predictable input reliably and cheaply. Anything nobody described in advance goes to an exception queue with a person at the end.
- AI agent
- A goal plus judgment. It gets a goal, a boundary and a set of tools, and decides which steps to take. It can read two orders written differently, because it works from content rather than format. It needs more engineering around it and clear governance.
Automation is the right answer more often than people expect. When it is enough, or when no new software is needed at all, we say so before anything is built.
How we build
Every stage has an end, an output and a decision. At each one you can say stop.
- AnalysisWe map inputs, handoffs and duplicated work, and set a baseline for time, cost and quality, so there is something to compare against later.
- Pilot on real dataA prototype runs against your actual documents and systems. We check the benefit on real work, not on a demo.
- ImplementationWe connect existing systems, data, approvals and roles, so the solution becomes part of the working day.
- OperationsWe run it, measure it and keep tuning it. Monitoring, security and further development have a named owner.
Ways to work together
Pick the one that matches how much you want to hand over. They are not tiers.
- Fixed scope
- A defined deliverable with price and date agreed up front. For recurring solution types and stable specifications.
- Discovery and business case
- Analysis and evaluation on their own. You get a process map, a measured baseline and a written business case. They are yours, with no obligation to build with us.
- Dedicated team
- A named team of engineers working as an extension of yours. You direct the work; we handle staffing, continuity and quality.
- Run and evolve
- We take operational ownership of what is already built, by us or by someone else. Under an SLA, with monitoring, support and capacity for further development.
How you are protected
We plan the ending at the beginning. These rules belong in the first meeting, not in the footnotes of a contract.
SLA and operations
Availability, response times, monitoring, backups and updates under a single SLA. A named owner and a defined escalation path.
Code ownership and exit
The contract states up front who owns the code, the data and the documentation, and defines the handover if the engagement ends.
Security by design
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access and a complete audit trail. A person approves sensitive steps.
EU cloud or on-premises
You decide where the solution runs before we build it: in an EU cloud, in your own tenant or on your own servers.
Three teams, one delivery process
Enter IT is the technical team behind ENTER. The disciplines differ, so there are three teams. Work moves between them internally, not through a subcontract: one contract, one delivery lead, one escalation path.
Enter Tech
Large systems, architecture, custom development, integration, DevOps and infrastructure. Work measured in years rather than sprints.
- Custom internal applications and portals
- ERP, CRM and WMS integration
- Modernisation of legacy systems
- Cloud, DevOps and long-term maintenance
Enter Agents
AI agents and custom LLM systems in live operations. The engineers sit with process owners and watch how the work really happens.
- Agents in production, with governance
- Document extraction and knowledge retrieval
- Agentic layers over an existing ERP
- Data pipelines
Enter Studio
The interface on top of what the other two teams build: the screens people work in every day.
- Internal applications and portals
- Screens on top of an agent or an automation
- Product work from MVP to operations
- Design systems and component libraries
Systems we connect
Your existing systems stay. We connect through the API, the database or files, and where none of that exists, through the user interface itself. We read, validate and write where your people already work.

Do not see your system here? That does not mean it cannot be connected.
Have an IT project that needs a team?
Tell us about the process or system you need help with. In a 30-minute call we will tell you plainly whether and how it makes sense to build it.
The first call is an introduction, not a technical audit. Any further work is always scoped and agreed separately.
