A working solution also needs a plan for day two.
A system is not finished when it launches. It needs monitoring, support, secure access and a way to recover when something fails. We define these responsibilities as part of implementation.
What we agree before launch
Access management, service monitoring, errors and alerts, backups, recovery, updates, documentation, costs and operating ownership.
Where the solution runs
We distinguish the application environment from where data is stored and where external AI services process information. These locations may differ, even when the application runs in the client’s own infrastructure.
When something goes wrong
The operating agreement defines a contact, escalation path, support availability and response expectations appropriate to the process.
If you want to take over the solution
Clear documentation, data export, licensing details and handover arrangements make changes in ownership or suppliers more manageable.
Where is manual work slowing your business down?
Tell us about one process, where it gets delayed and which systems are involved. In a 30-minute call, we will discuss whether a workshop, process review or another first step makes sense.
The initial call is an introduction, not a technical audit. Any further work is scoped and agreed separately.
