What personal data we process

We process only data you give us or that is created when you use the website:

• Identification and contact data — name, work e-mail, phone.
• Company and professional data — company name, job role, company ID where relevant.
• Content of communication — your enquiry text, selected topic, e-mail and phone communication, meeting notes.
• Booking data — the selected time slot and the name and e-mail entered when booking an introductory call.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited; analytics data only with your consent.

Purposes and legal basis

• Handling enquiries and discussing cooperation — replying to the form or e-mail, arranging a meeting, preparing an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for contacts acting for a company, legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Performing a contract — delivering workshops, consulting and technical implementation, project communication. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Accounting and tax — issuing and keeping invoices and records. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Marketing to existing clients — information about similar services. Legal basis: legitimate interest; you can opt out at any time.
• Website operation and security — protecting the form and the site against misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Web analytics — Google Analytics 4, only if you give consent in the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Contact form and meeting booking

Data from the form (name, e-mail, company, role, topic and message) is transmitted by the Web3Forms service and delivered to us by e-mail. Together with it we receive the page the form was sent from and how you first came to the website (for example directly or via a search engine). This information is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and reaches us only when you submit the form.

Introductory calls are booked through Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft 365). Data entered when booking is processed by Microsoft as our processor.

Retention

• Enquiries and business communication that do not lead to cooperation: up to 3 years from the last contact.
• Contract-related data: for the term of the contract and then for the statutory limitation periods.
• Accounting and tax records: for the period required by law (usually 10 years).
• Google Analytics data: 14 months.
• Data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn.

Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who run technical services for us and are bound by a data processing agreement:

• Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Bookings) — e-mail, calendar, bookings, documents.
• Web3Forms — delivery of contact form messages.
• Vercel — website hosting; processes technical access data (IP address, browser).
• Google (Google Analytics 4) — web analytics, only with your consent.
• Accountants and tax advisers, and public authorities where required by law.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (for example Google, Vercel and Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area, especially in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and analytics

Without consent the website uses only strictly necessary browser storage: remembering your cookie choice and the visit-source information described above, which does not leave your device unless you submit the form. Google Analytics 4 cookies load only after you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to milo@enterai.cz; we will respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

Automated decision-making

Data collected through the website is not used for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.

Security

Only people who need personal data for their work have access to it. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), multi-factor authentication for company accounts and permission management in Microsoft 365.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy from time to time. This version is effective from 23 September 2026.
