How we work

From a specific priority to a verified change in operations.

Together we choose the problem, check the options and agree the scope. We link technical delivery with the work of the team that will use the new process. Each stage has its own output and a decision on whether to continue. If part of the work is already done, we build on it.

Mapping an operational flow on a wall of sticky notes
  1. Introductory call · 30 minutes

We go through the situation, the expected benefit and the main constraints.

We agree who to involve and what information we need. You don’t need to know the technology or have a technical brief ready.

    How we start working together
  2. Strategic workshop

Three hours with leadership and area owners.

The strategic workshop connects leadership’s goals with how the company actually works. Together we map the main processes, the handovers of work and the places where people make up for missing connections between systems. The output is a map of priorities and questions for further review.

    Who it is for
Company leadership and owners of key areas.
    Length
3 hours. Process mapping is part of the workshop.
How we run the strategic workshop
  3. Review of a selected process

We go through real cases, available data, exceptions and integration options.

We design the target process, how it will be measured and the assumptions behind the economic benefit.

Before delivery we approve the scope, price, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.

  4. Practical workshops

Eight hours of work on your team’s own tasks.

Participants work on situations they actually deal with: preparing inputs, processing information, checking outputs or handing work over to colleagues. Together we find a way of working they can keep using after the workshop.

    Who it is for
Specific departments and teams whose everyday work is set to change.
    Length
    8 hours.
What the practical work looks like
  5. Delivery, operation and evaluation

We roll out the solution in manageable parts.

Where repetitive work requires connecting several systems, the design and delivery of an agentic system follows. We plan how the parts connect from the start and deliver them step by step. With users we test both routine and non-standard situations.

    1. We choose the process and the owner

We set the goal, the human owner, the starting point and the conditions for completion.

    2. We prepare hand-overs and permissions

We verify data, system connections, decision rules and exceptions.

    3. We test the solution with the team

We work through real situations, set up checks and prepare users for the new way of working.

    4. Operation and evaluation

We track results, use and exceptions. We agree who runs the solution, how incidents are handled and when an extension makes sense.

    How the agentic system works
Control and permissions

You decide what the system may do.

  • A human owner

Each area has a human owner. The owner approves the necessary decisions, resolves exceptions and sets the limits within which the system may work.

  • Permissions per activity

For each activity we distinguish reading, preparing a proposal, a permitted action and a step that needs human approval. One step can run automatically while the next waits for a person.

  • A person decides

A new or unclear situation is handed to a person. Sensitive steps, such as sending a payment, stay under human approval.

Frequently asked questions

Is process mapping a separate workshop?
Basic mapping is part of the three-hour strategic workshop. Selected processes can then be developed in the detail needed for implementation.
What happens after the workshop?
Depending on the outcome, we agree on developing the priorities in detail, practical work with teams or preparing the implementation. The further scope of cooperation is agreed separately.
Do we have to change our ERP?
Replacing your ERP is not a requirement. We first look at how to build on the systems you already use.
How will we know the benefit?
We define the starting point and the measures in advance. Depending on the process, we track for example processing time, the number of manual interventions, error rates or how early warnings arrive.

Where does manual work take most of your time today?

We go through your situation, the main obstacles and the information available. Together we decide whether a workshop, a review of a specific process or another step makes sense. The introductory call takes 30 minutes.
